Rurouni Kenshin

Synopsis

In the history of Japan there was a time of violence in which there was a struggle to change the regime of the ruling government. Many of those who fought for this cause are now simple vagabonds trying to adapt to this time of peace. Rurouni Kenshin tells the story of one of the most ruthless assassins of the old Tokugawa regime, one of the many people who will help bring a time of peace to Japan, only now the assassin has become a wanderer and only uses his sword to protect their loved ones and thus compensate for all the blood spilled in their past. The problem is that not many are willing to let him live.
